There's a serious lack of talent and originality in both ha and gvg now and everyone's seeing it. I'm looking to seize the day and take a guild to the top in the coming months, based on structure and organized team play.

But i'm also looking to do something a little different here which i'll explain. i want a team of people all with the same authority and to have a say in everything. People always look to the leader of the guild to make all the calls, when that isn't the best way to do things all the time. Nobody knows the best way to do shit in every circumstance, but when you have a group of 8 experienced players someone will always know the best way to go about things in almost all situations. I want open minded people to focus on that 'team' mentality.

I've got a lot of experience, a lot of skill, and a lot of balls. I know what i can do and i know what i can't do. I'm really sick of stubborn people and people who say "hurrr its just a game dont be so serious". I can tell you that sure as hell wasn't the attitude of rawr and WM and shit like that. I've been playing this game for 4 years without playing consistently seriously and it's crap, that's what it is.

Obviously there's a time to be serious and a time not to be, but know the difference. It's frustrating knowing you have the skill and other capabilities to actually make a name for yourself and make it to the top, just can't find people to do it with.

I'm looking for experienced and talented players who share this same serious philosophy yet are willing to execute it in a light-hearted way.

What is your best class/role in GW?
Mesmer/infuser. I enjoy playing roles that make good use out of my good reaction time and awareness of what's going on the field, who's doing what, and what i'm going to do about it.

What is your worst class/role in GW?
Midline positions with long casting times. I have trouble dealing with and a avoiding interrupts.

What is something you feel you excel at in GW?
Something that i haven't seen many other players master, which is weapon swapping. You'll never see me cast a >10re or >1s spell while not on a 40/40 set, and you'll never see me camp a 40/40 set or die on one either. Fast, effective weapon swapping is something i believe goes a long way.

What is something you feel you could improve at in GW?
While i have loads of HA experience, i lack GvG experience as far as tactics calling goes. This is due to not being in many serious GvG guilds, and primarily being an HA player.

R9 hero, a few champ points, glad 2, commander 2.

What are 2 guilds you're most proud of being in, and why?
[FA] for having a tight group of dedicated players with a totally unique build that we played well and held halls often with.
[BaMf] for the pride its' members had of their guild, which eventually rubbed off on me.

How do you feel you will benefit the guild?
I am always willing to offer open-minded insight on things, look at situations rationally, and deal with them appropriately without being 'too much' about it, and without being a carebear because i hate that.

What's your playing schedule like? How active are you?
I'm most active weekdays, ranging anywhere from 3pm-12am.

How extensive would you say your PvP experience is? Do you have more experience in HA or GvG?
I'm more experienced in HA. I know exactly what i'm doing in HA. I've been playing it for 3 years and i'm very comfortable with playing every position and calling tactics for every map. I could use more experience in GvG.

Tell us something about yourself:
I'm a relaxed player and a chill guy all around. I take everything for what it's worth, always look at the logical side of things, and can be serious when needed. Always down to shoot the shit on vent and just hang out and play some guild wars.
